At OneOne Hundred we are developing a suite of web-based tools to support the implementation of P3O.

ApP3rOach, is the first publically available tool which is aimed at improving Quality Management.

Specifically:

It support the OGC Gateway™ reviews process, including the assessment of the level of project risk and the planning of a review;

It provides a mechanism for audit/quality reviews and health-checks;

It facilitates the planning and conduct of interviews as part of a Gateway or quality review process; and

It can provide portfolio, programme and project level views of the outcomes of quality reviews.

ApP3rOach incorporates;

- a standardised set of project-level interviews covering key project roles;
- a set of questionnaires based on best practice;
- tracking of reviews and their progress; and
- the ability to automatically generate a report on the outcome of a review, based on the responses to the review questionnaires.

It is a unique evidentially based tool that allows individuals and organisations to make a fast assessment of a project or programmes likelihood of successful delivery and is complementary to traditional or bespoke in house methodologies.
